There are two houses on Breakwater, a five minute walk from each other. The island is only rented to one group at a time.
The larger cottage, Breakwater Log House, sleeps 4 adults and 2 children which were built in 1933 with hand tools for the first white settlers on Breakwater Island by some carpenters from the Snunéymuxw First Nation.

Kitchen

The kitchen provides you with a refrigerator/freezer, gas oven stove, microwave, most necessary utensils and plate wares required and a dishwasher.

Laundry

Adjacent to the kitchen there is a laundry room offering you a washer/dryer unit.

Bathroom

The master bedroom has an ensuite with shower, and there is another bathroom with shower off the kitchen/laundry area.

Beautiful View

The outside deck is facing the open sea with a spectacular view of the mainland and the mountain tops in the back.  You could just sit back on any of the 6 or more chairs and a coffee table on the deck watching the sunrise in the morning enjoying this tranquil sight or you could barbeque your favorite meals with the propane bbq grill available.
